Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the product.

To be eligible for return, your product must remain in the same condition as the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. email received from us or provide us with your sales order details).

To start the return within 30 days, you can contact us at info@smartcarrie.com. After receiving your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. After confirming the receipt of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 working days. If you have any return questions, you can always contact us at info@smartcarrie.com.

In order to avoid any disputes caused by the loss of packaging and the correct address of the returned product, please do not send the packaging without our confirmation. In addition, the customer must return the product with the tracking number to avoid losing the product.

Damage and problems

Please check your order after receiving the product, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Please send us an email and let us know. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the product and send you new items. You can also choose a full refund, including shipping.

Exception/non-returnable items

We do not accept returns that cannot be sold due to user abuse of the product. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please contact us.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure that you need is to return the items you have. After accepting the return, please purchase new items separately.

Refund

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.  If approved, you will be refunded automatically according to the original payment method minus the shipping cost (if the item was purchased under free shipping) and 20% restocking fees. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
